This will be quiet, guided space to slow down, breathe, and cultivate a sense of God's presence and guidance. Expect simple prayer practices, biblical meditation (Scripture reflection), and unhurried times with God. There will be various prayer "stations" or spaces for facilitating both personal solitude and communal interaction as the morning unfolds. Come as you are, ready to rest, listen, and be renewed. There will be child care provided.

1. Time of Retreat: 8:30-12:30, with gathering and light refreshments at 8:30.

   
   

2. Please pre-register by or before noon Friday, January 8th for us to have a sense of numbers, with specific mention of any children who may be coming for planning child care. 

3. Please bring a Bible, journal or something to write reflections, and a pen to write with. 

4. Please come with an expectant attitude to meet God through Scripture and prayer.
