Services
are held on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m.
You won't want to miss the Sunday morning service at Kingsway.
It combines music, prayer and a dynamic message that's topical
and based on the wisdom of Scripture. Sometimes, there's also
a small surprise in the form of a children's drama or a special
presentation by a member of the congregation.
Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.
No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, we're confident
that you'll find the services meaningful. Those who attend our
services come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some are still
weighing up Christianity, some are newcomers to Kingsway, and
others are returning after an absence. And, of course, many
are long-time members of our church family. All are welcome.
The main speaker at the Sunday morning service is usually Wayne
Dickau, our Senior Pastor. Wayne's messages are clear, insightful,
thought-provoking, often humorous and always relevant to your
everyday life. Guest speakers from a variety
of backgrounds are invited to preach during the summer.
The Sunday service is usually a blend of traditional and contemporary
worship styles. We're especially proud of the Kingsway family's
abundant musical talents, which find an outlet both in a superb
choir and a dynamic worship team.
After the service, old-timers and newcomers alike meet for
refreshments and fellowship at the Meeting Place in the lower
auditorium - or, in summer, on the front lawn.
We look forward to welcoming you. Bring your family and friends
too. |
